Stephen received his real estate license in 1988 and then his Broker’s license in 1990, as well as his Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. He received his Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) the following year. In 2001, on the 50th Anniversary of the Nevada Association of REALTORS, Stephen was recognized as one of “50 Golden REALTORS” from the more than 18,000 REALTORS in the state.
He served as chairman of the Sierra Nevada Association of REALTORS in 2003 and was awarded REALTOR of the Year that same year. He serves on various state association committees. He has represented clients on a variety of properties: Victorian Bed & Breakfasts, mini-ranches, airpark homes, commercial land, and of course, residential properties. He is also proficient in working with estate and probate sales.
He has been with RE/MAX since 1992 and has achieved Platinum Club, Hall of Fame, and the Lifetime Achievement awards.
