Downtown Passport & Treasure Hunt

Downtown Passport

11am - 2pm

The Downtown Business Association invites you to stroll through Downtown Carson City and have your Passports stamped inside our businesses. Enjoy Mark Twain Days with street performers, food, drinks and family fun along the way.

Pick up your Passport on the day of the event at one of the following locations:

Brewery Arts Center - 449 W King St

MidTown Marketplace - 104 Corbett St

 

Take the Passport into the participating businesses, listed inside, to receive stamps.

 

When you are finished, or by 2:30pm, tear out the completed Entry Page along the perforated line and drop it in a Downtown Passport box at Brewery Arts Center or MidTown Marketplace to be entered in a drawing for one of ten prize packages. You do not have to collect all the stamps to enter.

 

All raffle prize winners will be notified the same day (Saturday, May 11) by TEXT MESSAGE with pick-up information.

Prize winners must show a picture ID when picking up prizes and winners under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

 

Prizes are limited to one per person.

Mark Twain Treasure Hunt!

10am - 4pm

Explore Downtown Carson City while solving riddles and completing challenges on this FREE, family-friendly adventure.

​

You can start play at 10am but must complete your Hunt by 4pm. It should take about an hour, so make sure you give yourself plenty of time to enjoy.

Your Hunt will begin in front of City Hall and will cover approximately 13 blocks.

 

All game play takes place outside, so dress appropriately.

Your team may include as many players as you like. Every player who completes the Hunt will be entered in our drawing for one of 10 Prize Packages from the Carson City Downtown Business Association.

Winners will be notified by TEXT MESSAGE the same evening, with prize pick-up instructions.

If your team is up for the challenge, the fastest time (1st place on the leaderboard) at the end of the day, will receive a $100 Visa gift card. Or take your time and enjoy.
